CORHA Member Organizations
CORHA is led by a Governance Committee with members from the Association of State and Territorial Health Officials (ASTHO), the Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE), the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), and the National Association of County and City Health Officials (NACCHO). This committee provides strategic direction and oversight to ensure that CORHA's initiatives align with national public health priorities and effectively address the challenges of healthcare-associated infections and antibiotic resistance.
Additional CORHA member organizations include the Association for Professionals in Infection Control and Epidemiology (APIC), which brings frontline expertise in infection prevention and control; the Society for Healthcare Epidemiology of America (SHEA), which contributes advanced knowledge in healthcare epidemiology; the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), which oversees healthcare quality and regulatory standards; the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), which ensures the safety and efficacy of medical products; and the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), which provides critical laboratory expertise and capabilities for outbreak detection and response.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our member organizations for their invaluable contributions and unwavering commitment to advancing public health and improving practices and policies to improve outbreak response efforts.
